HR Admin Assistant \/ Executive Assistant Manager<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_content\"><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>Based in Head Office (Puchong, Selangor)<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsibility\">\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To prepare payment and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all invoices before being authorized by respective HOD.<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle account independently with minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in routine office admin work such as documentation, filing and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>To set up and monitor internal control system for all departments.<\/li>\n<li>To set up cost calculation procedure for all departments to ensure accuracy of product cost.<\/li>\n<li>To assist other matters pertaining to the accounts on ad-hoc basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"requirements\">\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Secondary School\/SPM\/&#8221;O&#8221;
