Based in Head Office (Puchong, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- To prepare payment and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all invoices before being authorized by respective HOD.
- Able to handle account independently with minimum supervision.
- Assist in routine office admin work such as documentation, filing and correspondence.
- To set up and monitor internal control system for all departments.
- To set up cost calculation procedure for all departments to ensure accuracy of product cost.
- To assist other matters pertaining to the accounts on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least one of year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
